| Our booking policies: Please call for the most up to date availability. In July and August we have a three night minimum stay for weekend reservations - except Carnival Week and Bear Week which have 7 night and 5 night minimums. For JULY 4 we have rooms available for THREE nights or more. Labor Day minimum is four nights. New Years minimum is 3 nights. Halloween weekend has a 2 night minimum. A fifty percent deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Deposits are refundable minus a ten percent processing charge provided at least fourteen days notice is given. Deposits can be made by check or credit card. Payment on arrival is due in cash, traveler's checks or credit card. The Ranch accepts MasterCard, VISA, Discover and American Express. Rates and policies are subject to change without notice. | |||
